| Description | The wood for this mirror was found on a farm near Ocala, Fl. I'm not sure of the species, I think it may be a water oak. A small log was sawed lenghthwise into strips to retain the features of the surface of the log. THe wood has numerous holes, defects and a varigated pattern. The inside edge of the frame was rounded with a 1/4 rounded router bit. The milled surfaces were sanded smooth. The wood was given two coats of a clear acrylic resin sealer to strenghen the wood. The wood was given multiple coats of a laquer varnish. Any shipping costs are in addition to the price below. THIS FRAME HAS BEEN SOLD. | ||||
