Title Pinecrest Earth Day Festival
Description The Village of Pinecrest will be hosting its Earth Day Festival on Sunday, April 25, 2010 at Pinecrest Gardens located on 11000 Red Road, Pinecrest, FL from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. As part of this festival, the Village will host approximately 50 “green” vendors that will showcase products that are recognized as green products which further sustainability efforts and organizations that further green initiatives. In my search for possible vendors that would qualify, I came across your website and wanted to reach out to you to see if you would be interested in participating as a vendor for our event. The cost for the 10x10 space is $150 which provides for one table and two chairs ($25 for non-profit organizations). In addition to the vendor booths, the Village will be providing free workshops to the public on “green” topics as well as other activities. Typically, similar events at the garden attract between 3,000 to 5,000 people – so I think this might be a worthwhile partnership.
